Course Details

Technical skills are essential for anyone in project management. However, it’s effective leadership that takes a project manager from good to great. In Project Leadership, you’ll sample the different facets of leading projects. In particular, you’ll learn how to become a more effective project leader by establishing a high-level project vision, motivating and developing your team, and applying emotional intelligence as you carry out your projects.
